Meet Our Team

Bill brings over 24 years experience in residential real estate and property management, all in the Treasure Valley. Bill oversees all daily management activities,focusing on improving property asset returns for our Landlords, market analysis and property inspections. He holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University/Chicago; Bachelor's Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. He also holds  various Realtor designations.

Bill also provides Chaplaincy services and volunteers at our local hospitals ( he has completed 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education) along with Long & short term care facilties.

Michael, one of our property managers, completes necessary inspections, meets with prospective tenants, performs semi-annual inspections and monthly drivebys and has industry experience.

Terry brings over 20 years experience in account payables and receivables to our company and is a valuable asset to our organization.  Oversees all accounting functions.
